  2. What are the first steps to take if the connection is not working?

    If you find that your internet connection is not working, it is best to first restart your computer and then check to make sure all cables that are plugged into the router
    are firmly secured in

  3. How to restart your wireless internet connection

    To restart your wireless connection simply unplug the power supplies for both the Subscriber Module and the wireless router.
    They should look similar to those pictured below.

    Once taken out, replug them into the electrical outlet and then retry your connection to the internet after they have both fully repowered
    which takes a few moments.

  5. How to setup a wireless network

    To setup a Wireless network please follow the instructions located Here if you have a Netgear router
    or Here if you have a Linksys router.

  7. How do I join a wireless network?

    To Join to the wireless network that you have setup please follow our guide Here. If you work on a Windows XP computer,
    Otherwise if you are using Mac OS X follow our guide Here
  8. I can not remember my wireless network password, can you email it to me?
    If you have forgotten your wireless password, please call our support staff on (02) 6684 3345
    as we do not send passwords via email as it is an unprotected service.

    Please note that if you do call requiring a password you must be the account holder otherwise
    we will not reveal the network password to you for security reasons.

    To check the speed of your connection, please use our Wireless connection tester located Here

  11. What are drop outs and what can I do if I experience them?

    Drop outs are minor interruptions in your internet service which can be caused by power failer, loss of signal,
    damage to cabling etc. If the problem is a rare occurance simply follow the reboot procedure listed on this page

  12. What do I do if the equipment is damaged or broken?

    If you are able to see physical damage to the antenna, module or cabling please contact our support staff on (02) 6684 3345.
    please note that there may be a charge for replacement of the affected equipment.

    In this regard, we recommend purchasing our yearly insurance plan, which covers all equipment replacement for $55 p.a otherwise our equipment is able to be claimed
    on house and contents insurance.
  13. Does Linknet support my voip connection?

    Linknet does not support your voip service, if your experiencing problems with your voip service and your internet connection is functioning then please contact your voip provider
