Configuring Windows Mail (Vista)

Configuration

You should follow through these instructions if you have not yet set up your account, or if you are having problems with sending and receiving mail. They should fix most problems that occur within Windows Mail.

  1. Click Start, then click Email to start Windows Mail.




  2. Click Tools, Then click Accounts.



  3. Click on Add



  4. Click E-mail Account, Then click Next.



  5. Enter your name (this can be anything you like - full name, first name, nickname, etc) and click Next



  6. Enter your email address (username@linknet.com.au) and click Next



  7. Enter the server settings as shown Below, then click Next.



  8. Enter your Linknet Username and password, Then click Next.



  9. Click Finish and you are done!
