Managing SPAM
It is a good idea to check your SPAM folder every week (especially early on) to make sure no genuine messages have been accidentially flagged as SPAM.
The easiest way to do this is to login to your webmail. Underneath your Inbox you will see a folder called SPAM. All the SPAM we have trapped in th elast month will be there.
If you see a message that should be delivered, add the sender to you whitelist by emailing there address to whitelist@linknet.net.au from your account.
The same for blocking emails, send an email to blacklist@linknet.net.au with the email addresses you wont t oblock and you shall neer recieve an email from them again.
